The key to a great reception is ensuring that things are running on time and that no important details are missed whilst creating the right atmosphere . Let your guests be guests and enjoy the celebrations without having that pressure.
Being an MC is a lot more than just introducing people and speeches throughout your reception. A good MC will ensure your Wedding flows seamlessly from the end of the ceremony right through the night.
From helping you create a timeline of the festivities, to wrangling guests for the post ceremony photos, keeping your guests informed about what’s happening next, making sure your guests involved, interested and ensuring the atmosphere is right all while making sure that no important details are missed.
Your MC is also the Master of Calm & good times, they will work with alongside your vendors to ensure everyone is on the same page and things are running to plan. If there is something going astray you don’t want to have to worry about it, and with me as your MC you probably wont even know its happened and you can continue to have the best night of your lives!
A good MC also has a bag of tricks and tips at the ready, from timeline and reception flow tips to games and ways to keep the vibes high throughout the night.

MC Sam Package includes:
- 5 hours post ceremony (additional hours can be booked)
- Assist with family and group photos
- Help create your post ceremony timeline (your other vendors will love you!)
- Work with you to complete my MC Questionnaire, leaving no detail out
- Help with speech writing if needed
- Ensure that the post ceremony and reception run to the timeline, working with the other vendors to adjsust as necessary
- Introduce speakers and important moments
- PA system for speeches (note my PA can not be used for open dancefloor but could be used for entrance/special dances if required)

When it came to finding an MC for our wedding it was such a natural transition for Sam to be our MC on top of being our celebrant.
Sam works so hard as a celebrant; she becomes your best friend throughout the process and knows all your intimate and funny stories as a couple. It was so easy for Sam to fit into the role of being our MC and she was so quick to find out who we wanted to speak at our wedding and getting to know them to write a beautiful story for the night.
