I will take over from you, overseeing the wedding day timeline, setting up/checking ceremony and reception spaces, orchestrating the coordination of vendors and the guests, and adeptly resolving any unforeseen issues that may arise.
My natural ability to bring confidence and a sense of calm to any situation, combined with my organisational skills and extensive experience of running events will ensure that your day runs smoothly and you can sit back relax and enjoy the day you have created.
Day of Coordination package Includes:
- Pre-event communications
- Assistance with Timeline creation and runsheets
- Confirmation communication with vendors prior to event
- 8 hours on the day co-ordination
- pre-ceremony arrival to ensure vendors and plans are in place and checking on timeline
- Assistance with timing/arrivals for ceremony, including guests and wedding party
- Any other ceremony assistance required
- Post ceremony co-ordination (photography/cocktail hour etc)
- Oversee reception until formalities are over, ensuring all the important moments are not missed
